After my Trekstor after less than two years ago gave up the ghost, I got in einschickte and a defective replacement unit back, I was a bit sour.
I was really excited when I first two weeks following the re-send in an email received that we can fix the player, nor exchange, and offering me a credit in the amount of the time value.
