After my iBeat organix by Trekstor had left after three months already, I was not really a Trekstor buy more product. But the offer for the vibez 8GB was too good so I got slammed.
And Zack! The part is not rushing to the more technical amongst you for the SNR - »0 So contact the Trekstor support sought and received the standard answer "... We can not exclude that their device is unfortunately broken ..." thus sent back to the dealer.
Today is now, after just four times a day at my new vibez eingetrudelt and what can I say? Nu is at last the noise of the technical data is contained in the Trekstor, to reach at least subjective.
My conclusion:
mp3 player.de respect quickly went so long no longer exchange.
Trekstor : Give more time for QA finally made. Can not really be that it is a matter of luck whether a device works or Nich.

The quality seems to be a bigger problem anyway with the companies ... luckily I had such problems yet.
